Furzeleigh Mill

Furzeleigh Mill is a small country hotel in Buckfastleigh within Dartmoor National Park. Starting life in 1547 as a Spring fed Corn Mill and then ran as a hotel for around the last 100 years. Furzeleigh Mill is one of the most perfectly located hotels in Dartmoor with an abundance of activities and attractions on our doorstep. Since 2018 Furzeleigh has been under new ownership. Re-furnished by an award-winning designer, the accommodation offers 10 bright and cosy en-suite bedrooms, an extended bar, and our fine dining restaurant, The Mill Room which is now our new restaurant. We pride ourselves on great food, locally sourced and freshly prepared, and friendly service. We have also added a stunning terrace on the south-facing grounds of the building. We host a number of events throughout the year such as Gin Nights, Food and Wine Pairing Evenings, and Live Music Events.
