A local Cornish producer of hand crafted and lovingly refined cold pressed seed oils, infused with the natural untamed flavour of raw herbs and spices. Exploring, examining and dissecting flavour is what we do at Hard Pressed Cornwall. We have tried and tested a huge variety of traditional wild herbs and spices and selected them based on their unique raw oily properties as well as their natural power and punch. We are incredibly proud of our products and by combining traditional cold pressing techniques with modern flavour extraction believe we have established a new standard for luxury, raw and natural infused oils.
