At Somerset Charcuterie we believe in embracing traditional Italian and Spanish methods combined with some of the fantastic products from the West Country.
We feel passionately that the British food industry is one of the most creative in the world and want to bring this innovation to the world of British Charcuterie with new flavours and ideas.
Mixing the old with the new, and continental with British, our award-winning charcuterie delivers bold, robust flavours that will excite and intrigue.
We use outdoor and locally reared pigs and wherever possible local ingredients; our cider, sage, cheese, goat, duck and wild garlic all come from local Somerset producers.
