The Miners Sling

The Miners Sling is a family run 'Free House' in the small village of Sling, in the glorious Forest of Dean. We have a friendly and welcoming atmosphere whether you just stop for a relaxing drink in the bar or come to enjoy a delicious meal in our restaurant. Outside the restaurant is a large beer garden with a paved seating area and a large lawn for the more active. We try our best to source all food locally to save on food miles and to support local businesses. By using the local sources it also showcases what the Forest of Dean has to offer.
