Hello! My name is Mike and I am a trained chef who delved into the world of patisserie during lockdown. I decided to keep myself busy experimenting with new ideas, techniques and recipes, overfeeding my family and generally making a mess in the kitchen. I started to receive a lot of positive feedback and requests to make more, so I decided to create Mike's Patisserie and share my creations with others.   If you'd like something special to bring to a dinner party, celebrate an occasion or if you just feel like you deserve some indulgence, then take a look at the menu below.
