Michael’s Butchers, Bistro & Deli

Michael's, formerly known as Thomas of Malmesbury, is a family run butchers, bistro and deli based in England's oldest borough, Malmesbury, Wiltshire. Most of our products are locally sourced and as Michael has built strong relationships with the farmers, breeders and growers supplying us with their finest produce, you can be assured of top quality!  Michael's in Malmesbury is a family run butchers where we make all our own sausages and burgers on the premises. At Michael's we also cure our own bacon and smoke our own chickens. We offer cooked meats, pies and pasties all freshly prepared by us in addition to a range of pâtés, olives and over 80 cheeses!  Our family run Bistro is where you can enjoy freshly made sandwiches using the finest ingredients straight from our deli counter and delicious homemade cakes. Pop in to our café in Malmesbury for a glass of wine, a pot of tea and a slice of cake or a cup of coffee and a sandwich.
