Mamma Bakes

Located in Calne, Wiltshire, meet Erin - main baker at Mamma Bakes. Erin had always helped Mamma Raf back in the day when Raf owned The Patch of Blue tea rooms, which Erin helped out at, aged just 10 years old. Erin started baking with Mamma Raf on a more regular basis back in 2019. Mamma Raf had already been sharing her baked goods since 1978, and wanted to pass on her recipes and skills. Within a short time, Erin quickly got the hang of things and now bakes regularly in the Mamma Bakes kitchen, including making the weekly baked goods for farmers' markets, as well as bespoke and everyday bakes made and customised to order.
