Vegan Cakes & Bakes, made locally with love. Jo was once a professional pastry chef, working in neighbourhood bakeries and fine dining establishments for over 10 years. During that time she gained a lot of experience working with developing food that catered for allergies, and when she fell in love with a cow called Finn who lived at a local farm, something ‘clicked‘ and she decided to start her own vegan bakery!
