Lazy Clays British Jerky

Who is Lazy Clay? My name is Clay Lonie Jr and I am originally from Great Falls, Montana.   Being the States, I'm a fan of proper Beef Jerky. When I moved to the UK, I found that I could not get quality beef jerky.  So I decide to make my own from an old family recipe and I've been making it for the last 16 years for family and friends.  When lockdown hit, I found myself with a lot of time on my hands. So I decided to use this time to bring my beef jerky to the masses. So, Lazy Clays was born.   So you could say Lazy Clays British Beef Jerky was  15 years in the making.   And the one thing that makes us unique is that we only use 100% West Country Beef thereby supporting the local beef producers.    Lazy Clays officially launched with three flavors,  The Sweet One, The Peppery One, and The Ginasbi One (hints of ginger and wasabi) on the 4th of July to great success.   My goal with Lazy Clays is simple, To make the finest-tasting beef jerky on both sides of the pond!!  And to wave the flag for West Country Beef. www.lazyclays.com Lazy Clay's words of wisdom from the west: Never approach a bull from the front, a horse from the rear, or a fool from any direction.
