Keen's Cheddar

The Keen family has been making their raw milk into traditional cheddar cheese for five generations. Mature cheddar can be supplied whole with the cloth on, 27kg or 1/4 or 1/8th. Also 1.5kg truckles as gifts and whey butter in 250gms. The quality is recognised by many awards gold for both cheddar and whey butter. Keen's Mature Cheddar is aged for 10 months and Extra Mature is aged for 18 months
