Established in 2006 Just Desserts & Cakes are an independent rural business on the Quantock Hills delivering artisan cakes and slices to cafes, delicatessens, farm shops and outdoor caterers throughout Somerset and Devon. “Mixed with care and attention in small batches we create high quality handmade cakes from the finest light fluffy sponges to well established favourites such as salted caramel brownies, raspberry frangipane,peppermint slices & pear, stem ginger & walnut cake.” We source fresh ingredients from local suppliers including free range eggs, organic flours and fruit from local growers. We use our own homemade jams, fruit curds and sauces. There is a growing selection of Gluten, Dairy Free & Vegan cakes too.
