Jon Thorner's began with one simple idea: to offer good food, locally sourced. Starting in 1976, Jon Thorner's was one of the region's very first farm shops and specialised in providing locally reared meat. In this time the business has grown from a single farm shop, to a franchise of butchery counters, a large range of hand made foods, supplying local produce wholesale and running a cafe. But one thing which has remained consistent throughout the years is the quality of our products and where we source them from. We have always focused on supporting local suppliers; Jon has developed an excellent reputation and is respected for his attitude towards local sourcing.
