The Huntsman Inn

The Huntsmans Inn sits in the middle of the pretty village of Ide on the outskirts of Exeter. Fresh, seasonal ingredients form the backbone of the traditional modern British food now served here. Homemade pate, terrines and smoked meats are favourites to those who have already found this lovely pub. Fresh fish specials and local rare roasted beef, confit pork and slow roasted lamb are served each Sunday and a vegetarian dish is always available. We use local suppliers and bake our own bread and do as much as we can on site to keep down our carbon footprint. The pub has a great atmosphere, serves great beer and food and is an essential place to visit if looking for a great example of the Great Modern British Pub.
