Head Chef Dan's vision for The Hideout lounge was to produce top quality dishes, using the finest local produce with a clean, healthy twist. To cater for all tastes, those who like a bit of spice, those who like more traditional fayre. He prepares the menus with feelings of excitement and passion, making sure the seasons are taken into account to ensure the freshest and tastiest dishes can be produced.
It's all about balance. Getting the right produce, blending the ingredients and creating wonderful dishes, then mixing it with great service, value for money and a nice setting. This is what they're constantly striving to achieve.
