We are an artisan pasta company based in Falmouth in Cornwall, specialising in small batch seasonal and speciality pastas. Cornwall Pasta was born from the vision of Chef Nicholas Egan who spent part of his career working in the region of Campania, Italy and his other half former Michelin restaurant manager Priscila Picon who both talked for years about bringing a superior, locally produced pasta to Cornish households. Their vision became a reality in February 2020 when the Covid-19 outbreak accelerated the launch of Cornwall Pasta.
