Chew Valley Distillery

Our Award winning Gin is produced with quality being our highest priority, we have taken time to source the best ingredients available. All gins in our range start with a certified organic neutral grain spirit. This is produced in the UK to the highest standards using British grown grains.  We have the some of the purest spring water available on our doorstep and only use Cheddar spring water in production. Our botanicals are sourced with sustainability in mind and we use as many organic products as possible. Where possible we hand forage ingredients for our limited edition gins. We work with a local design company (Village Design) to create our incredible bottle design and a local printer (Vale Labels) to bring them to life. Our bottles are manufactured in the UK and coincidentally is named the Brunel Bottle (Brunel is kind of a big deal in Bristol) We make no compromise at any point of production.  All bottles are hand labelled and batch / bottle numbers are hand written.
