The Bakehouse and Steakhouse

Located in the most historic part of Penzance, tucked away in our own secluded palm tree and fairy light filled courtyard. Set on two floors, each with its own atmosphere we pride ourselves in having a modern, contemporary yet warm and inviting atmosphere. The Bakehouse has been a well established restaurant in the local community for the past 13 years, and we will try our utmost to keep it that way for locals and visitors for many years to come. We take pride in using local ingredients and produce, including Thornes fruit & veg, which is just up the road from us, Matthew Stevens fish in Newlyn and Trevarthens Cornish butchers.
